Very Good
The staff were friendly and it was juts as advertised . Food was good room was good and the bar was good too . Lift to all floors and parking . One of the better stays I’ve had in Blackpool .
There wasn’t anything i didn’t like . The hotel staff bent over backwards to be helpful

The downstairs to the hotel is lovely. Comfortable. The bar man was great - really friendly, polite and helpful. The entertainment on thursday night was fab. Really enjoyed it.
It was a good price for the night stay with breakfast.
The showers are really powerful
The rooms are very dated and arent particularly clean.
The beds were soooo uncomfortable but i suppose you get what you pay for.
I also didnt like the cleaner letting herself into rooms half an hour before check out time and trying to encourage people to leave. My mum had just got changed. It really isnt on.

Unfortunately got cancelled due to a leak they had causing it to close , to which this wasn’t there fault , but back and forth with emails , I phoned to be told the problem and that they had to shut ,but then emailed after to say they were open again within a day we were due to stay , I had already booked elsewhere, very confusing and no straight answer .

The staff were all friendly, and the room was nice and warm. The bathroom was a decent size
Part of the ceiling was breaking up, and there seemed to be plaster on the floor and on the bed.
