Had a lovely three night stay. Derek was friendly and attentive. Excellent breakfast. I was attending a music festival at the Winter gardens that is a minute walk away.

The owners set and maintain very high standards for their property ensuring that our stay was both memorable and enjoyable. The rooms were very well presented and the beds really comfortable. The cooked breakfast was brilliant with a full range of cereals and drinks. Location was a close walk to the main attractions and optional excursions around the area outlined by Derek. We would not hesitate to stay here on our next trip to Blackpool!!
Hard to find any dislikes about our three night stay.

Ideal location, hosts were so welcoming , felt like home , they both went over and above to cater for their guests needs, even said I could have a late checkout due to my son playing in the halo tournament at winter gardens , rooms were spotless and modern , beds were comfy , even had fleece throws which were a bonus , breakfast made to each guests liking , will recommend to all my friends and will definitely book again , thank you Amanda and Derek x
The only thing I would say is parking but as we went out of season it wasnt a problem at all
