The owners were exceptional nothing was to much trouble for them room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Room was clean. It was ensuite. There were tea and coffee making facilities and bottles of drinking water. TV small but sufficient.
There was no heating on in the room- told it would come on at 5pm. It didn't come on that evening- left to go out at 7.30. Came back, room was cold. (November, coldest night so far). Checkout was 10am, got up at 9- no heating on- it did come on before 10am. I was cold most of the night. Bed needed a new mattress. Room was a double, but would have been very cramped for 2 people- bed pushed against wall so would have to climb over each other, plus not a lot of room for luggage. Didn't use the shower (showered before I set off, and wasn't going to risk it in the morning, so can't comment on it. Couldn't get the wifi code to work, but then I was on the second floor, so maybe a weak signal.

I liked the parking spaces being available as an add on, the room was nice and clean.
It was really cold and the beds weren't very comfy

Just one of the mattresses out of three was very poor, it had springs sticking up.

Very basic accommodation. Clean but limited facilities and not an en suite which wasn't good. Blood on the internal architrave of the toilet for the room which was 4 steps down.
