Lovely and clean, hosts were fabulous, rooms were comfortable and modern. Lovely breakfast!
Nothing really, shame some other buildings in street are run down but that’s a sad fact about the area and wouldn’t put us off returning

The breakfast was lovely cook fresh.
The conformation I received was a superior family room,double bed,single room,and bunk beds and a sea view we had 2 rooms understand we had no sea view due to the location so in my eyes that was false advertising.

Bedroom layout for families was brilliant, separated rooms for kids with bunk bed and single to adults double.
Breakfast, lovely food and good size potion.
Free to come and go as like.
Loved our stay will be returning!
Only slight complaint and very slight was the shower, very under powered and leaking hose meant very little water coming out the shower head. Smallest of things to complain about otherwise fantastic stay for the cost!

The size of the rooms was great to what we have stayed in before.rooms was clean with fresh towels.
On arrival the customer service was really poor the b n b looked like it was all closed we got greeting by sarah even tho it seemed as if she didn’t no we was coming. she showed us to our rooms and there was no other communication other then breakfast and this was as little as possible as both the hosts disappeared out the back other than asking us what we would like & that they don’t like waste so could we tell them what our kids would eat. the pictures of the breakfast on the booking & advertising are not accurate you get one sausage one slice of bacon 1 hash brown a few chopped mushrooms and a tiny ramekin of beans. Although the rooms was big and clean the bed was like sleeping on a bed of stone.
