Early check in, lovely friendly greeting. Beautiful and spotlessly clean. Large front room, plenty of tea, coffee etc. Breakfast was outstanding. Had scrambled eggs and smoked salmon and it was delicious. Milk and biscuits replenished each day. Seafront a 2 min walk. Near South pier and funfair and in a very quiet street. Have stayed here twice now and will definitely be returning again.

In a central position for both north and south Blackpool. The owners were friendly and welcoming. She changed our room when she realised we were with family on a separate booking. The room was clean, tidy and had all amenities required and the breakfast was great.

Great location 10 minutes walk from Blackpool South train station we booked up for 2 nights our room was ready for us on arrival around 4pm and the room itself is big enough for a couple big double bed and nice warm shower with kettle tea bags and some snacks left over.
Also the breakfast laid on in the morning was great and free of charge.
We will be back again next year for sure
