Lovely little guest house in a nice quiet part of Blackpool. Absolutely lovely couple run the place , very friendly. The rooms are a little basic but very comfortable and clean.
My only complaint would be the walls are very thin.

Great location for the pleasure beach & there is a tram stop 2 mins walk away to take you along the front to all main areas. Car parking was easy on the road of the hotel.

The owners here are so lovely & they make you feel welcome, couldnt fault them, the rooms are cleaned everyday, with clean towels, cups, and bedsheets, The room had everything we needed, TV, lots of space to store clothes, it was a small room but manageable. Would definitely recommend. Don't have any faults at all. The location was perfect, 2 mins walk from the tram stop, & 30 second walk from Pleasure Beach Station.
There wasn't much that I didn't like about this guesthouse, other then wifi sometimes goes off, but it doesn't really effect the stay, & it isn't a huge inconvenience.
