Location
The hotel is really run down inside. It’s a shame as it’s a seafront location and meant to be a popular spot.
Our room wasn’t cleaned properly, it smelt of a horrible musty smell.
It had mould & damp in ceiling and shower room. Bathroom was dirty and had toothpaste in the sink. We chose a seafront room but couldn’t see out of the window as it was filthy with bird shit.
Carpets filthy in corridors, stains on floor in our room, and to top it off found hairs in the bed. Spoke to the sales supervisor (young lad) obnoxious rude boy with no customer service just kept saying you can’t have a refund. I then took it further with manager Steve who straight away resolved it and moved us to a nicer room. Untill we noticed that we couldnt open the windows as the smell of bins that was right by our window was awful. Later that night we heard commotion outside of our window, it was 3 homeless people sitting on the floor amongst the bins and rubbish. Rang Chris at reception who didn’t seem phased by this so obviously knew it was a regular occurrence which isn’t pleasant for paying guests. Disappointed with our visit , the hotel is an absolute dump and would urge anybody who’s thinking of staying here to not bother and spend your money elsewhere.

Me and my daughter were felt so welcomed by the staff at the hotel and were there for anything we needed. Grateful for this stay and will be back very soon thank you for making our stay an amazing one

The hotel is in a good spot just near central pier and town centre.
The hotel was filthy. Not enough slats on the blinds to cover you when using the bathroom so everyone could see. Bags of rubbish in the room when we arrived. Staff are rude and cheeky. Rats running around outside.A real run down place. Pictures advertised are not a true reflection of this property.

Room was comfy and decent TV reception. Staff were very friendly both on reception and on the bar. Entertainment was spot on also good WiFi coverage throughout. Location is perfect only a short walk into town and the attractions. .
If you're a larger build you will struggle to fit on the toilet in the basic rooms (we were in room 18) as it's by the side of the shower. I'm a 40 waist and only just fitted. Housekeeper walked in whilst we were getting changed to leave (was before check out). Did mention to reception as we checked out and they couldn't apologise enough

The room was great only wanted single got a big front bay windowed room with 2 double beds nicely furnished too problem was it was right over the entertainment venue and all I could hear and feel was the thump thump thump of the base and the singers, I was hoping for a quiet night in watching tv as I was tired having walked around Blackpool for 8 hours, I got there early to get a parking space but in the end I had to go out as I found the music and the thumping too much I would have got a headache by the time the entertainment had finished.
