Lovely little hotel located in a quiet street very close to the beach and the piers. Host was lovely and very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and always made sure we had everything we needed. Room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed.
Could not fault anything- perfect.

The hotel is not open do not book. The owners took my money and when we got there they are shut down and have been for a while. They are currently being investigated.
This disgusting hotel had closed down but still took our money the owners had done a bunk according to other locals

The owner was so friendly and helpful, beautiful old school pub style, the room was lovely and clean he couldn’t do enough for us, we paid for one night but a long day in Blackpool the next day, we went back to ask for another room just to relax until our train late at night and he gave us our room back free of charge! Would highly recommend such a kind beautiful man who deserves the world ❤️ thank you very much will definitely be returning

Nothing.
The room was freezing and dirty. Cracked electric socket the shower had black mould in the silicone we ran the hot water tap it took 20 minutes just to get warm. 12 inch gap both sides of the bed. We booked 3nights only stayed for one checked out next morning. The curtains were hanging off the rail. When we checked out the man at the reception didn't seem bothered.

Spacious, clean room. Very comfortable. Central location. On the Saturday we got a takeaway and took it into the bar area, owner was very friendly and helpful. Bar was very clean and ideal to relax
