Everything perfect. Very excellent services .Mr. Dean the manager in guess was more than a staff,always making sure we are satisfied and very friendly especially on our children, we almost extended our stay.thank you once again Mr. Dean we shall visit again soon and we are pleased to introduce you to everyone all over the world. Home away from home.

Location, large room, staff at hotel very welcoming & attentive.
Bathroom could do with some TLC but not a huge issue and didn’t effect our stay.

The room was too small and wasnt much view when u are looking out of the window and i wasnt allowed to have my friend visit the place and it felt like couldn't have her over

Dean, the manager could not do enough for us. He catered for every need of ours. I stayed with my partner, mother in law and 4 children. Beds were so so comfy and clean, rooms were spotless. We could bring our fire stick for the babies. We were given a cot for the babies. Dean was always on hand to see if we needed anything we have grown pretty close to him and I'll be sad to leave him today. He is one very hard working man that doesn't stop on shift once. Thank you so much for everything Dean. He let us keep our prams in the lobby. He was on hand to take our bins out for us as with two babies that was quite alot. This hotel in 5 minutes walk to pleasure beach and 5 minutes walk to town centre so right in the middle of everything. Amazing stay and I will definitely be returning with my children. Only if Dean is working haha. Thank you for everything Dean we appreciate it so much x

Nothing it was terrible for how much we paid there was no housekeeping. The room was not suitable for a family of four and especially with a child with autism and asthma the window was covered in birds faeces all in all it was a terrible stay. I would not recommend anyone and especially families and old people.
It doesn’t look like what it’s advertised the owner or staff was rude there was no towels in our bedroom when we got there and at night time there was no one at the front desk in case of emergencies or enquiries especially no parking allocated to the property

Hi everyone....... !(PLEASE BE AWARE)!
Me and my partner booked this hotel for our son's 2nd birthday, and took 8 people in total for the price it was great, the rooms them self were decent nothing spectacular, but AS FOR THE RESEPTION MAN, He was obsessed with our 4 year old daughter and staying inappropriate things to her like he asked her for a hug just after myself had hugged her. When we come into the bar area later that nyt to chill out he played a inappropriately song called (bimbo by jim reeves) which me and our daughter are blonde and I found it very affensive so we went out for a walk. On the last day there he said to her that he loves her and that he will take her market and buy her lollipops and treat her to nice toys. It let down our holiday. Has anyone else stayed there and experienced this? We was thinking about goin to the police and reporting this issue.

Clean hotel. Staff polite and respectable.
No towels in room, when we arrived. Room was cold all the time. Could feel springs on mattress. Breakfast was awful. It was like it had just been taken out of a fridge, COLD, Pale looking.

It was clean, staff were friendly, and great location. I did not have to use my car whilst here as everything was in walking distance.
The room was very small, not like the one pictured. It was ok for us, but you weren’t able to cross each other without leaning over the bed.
