Honestly 10/10. Jo rang me on booking to check car size to see if it would fit in car park. Was very relaxed on whenever I could get there and checked me in straight away. Room was beautiful and super clean. beds very comfy. They make the best cocktails which they bring to the room. Only £4.95. I highly recommend the kiss me kwick. Breakfast amazing in the morning. One minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be back again.

Very clean and up to date and size very spacious compared to other places we have stayed in Blackpool. And just the extra touches from the hosts of places to book for food incase booked because of a busy period. Was nice to have extra info and also leaflets and anything you needed to know they answered questions. Also the breakfast was really nice. It felt nothing was a problem from the hosts happy to help. U never get the customer service like this place from start to finish.

Had a one night stay in the family room, 2 adults and 2 children. Rooms were lovely, clean and the extra treats for the kids were very much appreciated. Jo was in contact from booking which was great and both her and Andy were lovely welcoming hosts. Breakfast was lovely and everything we needed before a jammed packed day out. Would definitely book again if visiting Blackpool. Lovely personal touch compared to a bigger hotel.

On arrival we were warmly greeted by our hosts Andy & Jo, our room was immaculate with all the amenities we needed inc a fridge which was very handy.
Breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice.
I would definitely stay here again.

10/10 stay for us... unexpected last minute trip and this place was a dream. Andy & Jo could t have been any more attentive while we stayed. We will definitely go back there and already recommended to family who visit Blackpool annually.
Even at breakfast nothing was a hassle. Thanks again for looking after us.

We booked a last minute overnight stay with our 9 year old. The owners were so welcoming and just all round lovely people we will definitely be back again… the egg on the breakfast was perfect!!
