Great location, very family oriented, Bernie and Andy were fabulous hosts, nothing was too much trouble, very clean and beautifully decorated, delicious breakfast, I highly recommend staying here, 10/10 ???

Andy and Bernie are exceptional hosts and couldn't do enough for you. They took time to sit and engage with all of their guests and were an absolute delight, it actually made me reluctant to go out on an evening because it was just such a nice place to be.

We had an amazing weekend and from the moment we arrived we were treated like family. Bernie and Andy are outstanding hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and Bernie’s tips on the attractions were so helpful. Our family room was spotless and the wee added welcome baskets was a lovely touch. The room decor was beautiful and has a cozy homely feel and we all had a great sleep. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the girls loved the pancakes and Nutella and was the highlight of their day. The hotel is in a great location with a tram stop at the end of the road so it’s easy to get about. The hotel really is a wee gem and I would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks so much for the great hospitality we will definitely be back soon.

Absolutely everything owners were the best owners of a hotel we have ever stayed in Blackpool. Nothing was a bother to them even helped us out with days out couldn't fault anything at all.

Had the most loveliest time at this hotel, it was the first time we had stayed at Rockdene and met Andy and Bernie. What a lovely couple they are, went out of their way to make sure we comfortable and gave us the warmest of welcomes - beautiful room which they had gone to extra effort to decorate with banners a card and chocolate for my birthday!
