Homely friendly hotel. The standard of the hotel rooms were excellent and very clean. Brilliant for family breaks or couples. Andy and Bernie were so friendly, accommodating and helped keep the kids entertained. Breakfast was fresh and cooked to your liking, with various options available and nothing was too much for them. The hotel itself is very central and walking distance of all the local attractions and shopping.
Can not fault a thing.

This was my second visit to rockdene and it definitely won't be my last. Bernie and Andy are two of the nicest people ive ever met,from the minute we arrived they made us feel so welcome .I had booked a family room and it was spotless The hotel is situated central to pleasure beach and the tower. Breakfast was delicious. All in all there is nothing bad I can say about Rockdene. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Bernie and Andy are just natural hosts. See you again soon

Wonderful hosts very friendly and knowledgeable always had a smile on their faces . The breakfast was delicious lots of choice .Great in house bar well stocked with beers and spirits if you fancy a night cap .

I really enjoyed the stay and the owners were very kind and helpful. The food was delicious and when I had to leave early I received a breakfast and coffee for takeaway. The location is also very good, close to the beach and restaurants.

Its clean, cosy and inviting. Owners are wonderful, helpful when needed but not overbearing. The room had everything we would need. The beds are comfortable and we all slept like logs. Breakfast was perfectly cooked & delicious. The B & Bs location on St Chads is perfect, its halfway between the pleasure beach & Blackpool Tower. Theres a tram stop at the end of the road if needed.
