Absolutely loved our stay. We had 2 rooms booked and all 4 of us said we absolutely would stay again. The breakfast was lovely, rooms cosy and comfy, Andy and Bernie cant do enough for you, lovely quiet location and is easy walking distance to everywhere. They have a bar and sell sandwiches toasties etc too if your peckish or fancy a night cap. Wasnt rowdy or anything even with the darts in town. Slept really well all weekend. We stayed 2 nights and we are normally 6am risers and both mornings it was gone 8am before we woke up!

Andy and Bernie were absolutely lovely, couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was fresh cooked and a great selection of other items like cereals, pancakes, juices, yoghurts etc.
Bed was comfortable, room was clean, location is great, overall loved our stay - will be back next year for sure

Cute little B+B in a brilliant location.
Rooms were tidy and comfortable and a few nice little touches like a little sweet bag for the kids.
Andy and Bernadette were amazing and we were made to feel so welcome from the minor we pulled up to the minute we left.
Nothing is too much trouble for them.
We will be back very soon and wouldn’t choose anywhere else now we have stayed here.

The hotel was very clean and tidy bernie and Andy were really friendly i come down for my 70th birthday weekend there was a group of 9 of us Andy sorted tickets out for us for viva show as we had nothing planned came down for breakfast Andy and bernie had put birthday balloons up and banners and I got a lovely card and some chocolates such a lovely touch I would definitely stay again had the best weekend couldn't fault any of it

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Andy and Bernie are incredibly friendly and welcoming they genuinely make you feel like part of the family from the moment you arrive. Their passion for what they do, and their enthusiasm for helping you get the best out of your time in Blackpool, is unmatched.
Our room was spotless and really well kept, and the bar has a great atmosphere well stocked, relaxed, and a proper little social hub. Andy and Bernie are naturals at creating that environment.
Both of you are brilliant at what you do. Thank you for a fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back.

Andy and Bernie are exceptional hosts and couldn't do enough for you. They took time to sit and engage with all of their guests and were an absolute delight, it actually made me reluctant to go out on an evening because it was just such a nice place to be.

We had an amazing weekend and from the moment we arrived we were treated like family. Bernie and Andy are outstanding hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and Bernie’s tips on the attractions were so helpful. Our family room was spotless and the wee added welcome baskets was a lovely touch. The room decor was beautiful and has a cozy homely feel and we all had a great sleep. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the girls loved the pancakes and Nutella and was the highlight of their day. The hotel is in a great location with a tram stop at the end of the road so it’s easy to get about. The hotel really is a wee gem and I would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks so much for the great hospitality we will definitely be back soon.
