The location was great with the guest house being a short walk from Blackpool North train station, and the many pubs and bars.
The room that I stayed in was very small. The bed had just about had it, and it's a wonder that I never woke up with a serious backache. I went to open the wardrobe and the door nearly fell off in my hands. The one thing that I did like was the refurbished ensuite bathroom which was very nice.

Lovely stay with friendly staff and a great breakfast. Hotel was very clean, just as shown in images. Great value for money :)
Shower was boiling hot to freezing cold every 20 seconds.

Vicky was so welcoming, we got there early and she got our room ready before 2pm. She was very attentive and friendly. The room was lovely and clean, nice and warm and comfy beds. Couldn’t ask for anything more.♥️

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Booked at short notice but felt comfortable and welcome. I will recommend definitely. Winnie our lovely Cavapoo slept soundly through the night too.i reckon she loved it there as well. Thank you
