We really liked the location as it's not to far to walk to the main part of blackpool. We also liked the idea of quiet time from 11 to 8am as you never see that anywhere else in bed and breakfast which is a very good idea.

The hotel was well maintained and I had a friendly welcome on arrival. The room was well laid out and the bed was comfortable.
It's a shame that they no longer do breakfast.

Whole place is very user friendly. Everything is labelled so there is no need to question anything, which we loved. Especially the light around the bathroom light switch so you could find it in the dark!
We booked a large double but it was still quite small, wouldn't want to stay in anything smaller. Tea and coffee in the room would have been preferable as we were three floors up.

The room was comfortable and very clean , staff very friendly and welcoming to guests of any age or gender you was made more than welcoming and felt like home from home , we did stay in April and stayed again Sept weekend ,but will be looking to book again for new year as they did do any requests that was asked when I book the room.
Cant complain on anything as felt everything was to our satisfaction

The owners are really friendly and welcoming. The location was very convenient for where the group wanted to be. The room was very spacious and had everything I needed. I would definitely book to stay at the phoenix again. Great little find :) Even though breakfast isn't offered, you have free tea, coffee, and water available throughout the day, and 2 minutes down the road, there is a lovely promenade cafe for all your breakfast requirements. All highly recommended.
The weather wasn't the best for August bank holiday, but an extra layer of clothes sorted the issue.

The rooms were clean and a nice size with fresh bedding and towels. Friendly staff and close to several car parks
The only thing I could fault is the lack of coffee facilities in the room. There is a dining/coffee area available, however it is only available from 8.30-22.30
