Nice big comfy bed and very clean.
The shower enclosure was dangerous when wet. There were no treads or bath mat. I nearly fell a couple of times when I showered but luckily there was a grab rail to hold on to. I stayed in room 222A
It needs to be looked into. It was treacherous under foot when wet.

The room.was very hot. The toilet roll holder was behind your back so impossible to reach while sat down. Breakfast bacon to thick, undercooked.the had brown and tomato cooked in oil not very nice. Room very dated .checkin very good .

The staff were lovely, always happy to help or explain things.
Reception were very helpful.
The location on the sea front is amazing, the view from the front porch is awesome.
The hotel is tired, it felt like it was still in the 1970's.
The showers had very low pressure, i heard other customers complaining about it - it made washing very difficult.
The rooms were quite small and had been cut in half at some point.
The first breakfast wasn't great but the second one (Kippers) was much better.
In the lounge, we were the only people there and asked to turn down the sound of the tv as we were talking, it was reduced but still there, why, noone else was in the room. Sometimes it needs to be quiet!
The car park was one of the reasons i booked it as we were driving from a long distance - the car park was full and hard to get a space.

It was very out dated not like the pictures on booking.com the room was smelly and the windows had condensation on them so much I found it hard to look out of reported this a couple of times and got told a manager would come and see us this never happened awful place

The Staff were very helpful and friendly.
On site Parking spaces, even though my car and the one next to it parked inside the lines, I had slip the hand brake off and the cat into neutral from the passenger side and to steer through the drivers window and push to be able to get in. I had reversed in my neighbour had drawn in.

The hotel was brilliant, the staff were excellent with us. Especially the staff where you eat the breakfast and evening meals. As my partner has a Nut allergy and they catered for her needs everytime we were eating. All the staff made us feel welcome at all times. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.
