The price and comfy bed.
The room was very dusty and dirty. Room 123. We booked 2 rooms. The room 203a the toilet was too close to the shower. Not leaving you much room.

The floor, walls and window where dirty
They charged me £50 for damages after I payed for the room (there where no damages)

Staff were lovely, pointed us in the direction of our room. Check out was easy. It was nice to have more than just tea and coffee in the room. Biscuits and hot chocolate were a bonus.
The size of the bathroom was good.
The room was dirty, it definitely hadn't been cleaned properly. We had to move the bed to get the oxygen in beside the bed, we had to clean the floor before we could put our 8 month old down..
The pull out bed is not fit for use, the mattress was so thin you could feel all the metal structure underneath. I dont think I slept all night!
The window didn't shut so having a bed underneath it was not ideal.

Second visit to your wonderful hotel - said we'd be back. What's not to love? Staff are fabulous and can't do enough for you, hotel is spotless and you can't fault the price paid. Good entertainment and good food make the Park House excellent value for money and a must visit in my opinion.
Oh come on what is it with your mattresses! They are just too firm. Great if you like a hard mattress not if you don't doesn't make for a nights sleep let alone a relaxing night. Sorry.

Location
The room we was put in as a family was absolutely disgusting and looked more like a squat than a hotel room. We were moved when asked and this room was much better but still no where near the money we paid for the stay.
