Wonderful
Relaxing hotel to stay at. Views of the sea from the seating areas at front of hotel and also from dining room.
There were a couple of small things needed fixing in the bathroom and I was given another sea view room with such kindness

The Staff we encountered were hard working and very professional and friendly . Especially those in the dining room for breakfast. And the bar staff were always very polite and full of tips about our stay .
We didn’t feel the entrance to the hotel was very well signposted to wriggle between cars to come into the property that didn’t seem to have a clear sign post to say it was the way in to reception wasn’t a great start to our stay .
The room we were allocated bore no resemblance to the pictures in my confirmation email and although we knew the hotel would be busy as it was Airshow Weekend we weren’t expecting to have what turned out to be a room that didn’t appear to have been in the hotel’s upgrade plan Which was rather disappointing. I will remember to question this policy when booking through a booking app in the future.

The location was great staff very friendly and helpful entertainment every night and bingo fantastic breakfast and dinner the staff can't do enough for you and always have a smile on the face will definitely be returning
The mattress was not very good didn't sleep well as you could feel every spring

Check-in was rapid, phoned ahead with an eta.
Evening meal was booked, urged to the restaurant and had a lovely evening meal.
Room clean, cosy, well appointed.
Corridors and stairs clean, though carpet wearing in certain parts, I guess with how busy they can be.
I liked the evening entertainment, especially the Greatest Showman act.
Bar staff very good and efficient
Restaurant staff friendly, helpful and very good.
Parking was achievable. Though some very selfish, thoughtless people who can't park in between white lines, I had to park up side of hotel, got blocked in the following morning.

We went with the all inclusive option and found it good value for money, the evening meals were fabulous and the staff were very friendly and efficient, the bar offer a good selection of branded spirits and beers, and the entertainment at night was fun. The room was very spacious and modern and very comfortable!
The shower in the room didn’t work, we reported it but nobody came to fix it although it wasn’t a massive problem as we had a bath!.. the all inclusive drinks finish at 10pm which is strange as the entertainment starts again at 10pm and as most people are all inclusive they left at 10pm
