We went with the all inclusive option and found it good value for money, the evening meals were fabulous and the staff were very friendly and efficient, the bar offer a good selection of branded spirits and beers, and the entertainment at night was fun. The room was very spacious and modern and very comfortable!
The shower in the room didn’t work, we reported it but nobody came to fix it although it wasn’t a massive problem as we had a bath!.. the all inclusive drinks finish at 10pm which is strange as the entertainment starts again at 10pm and as most people are all inclusive they left at 10pm

All the staff was really lovely and the hotel was so clean I went with my little boy we had dinner in the bar food was hot and really lovely I asked for a room at the top of the hotel away from the internment and they did cos my little boy doesn't like loud noise never had breakfast but what I could see walking past the restaurant the breakfast looked the room we had was really comfortable and very clean slept like a log all night wifi works all around the hotel free to use I will be back again to this hotel stayd in a few hotels now in Blackpool but this one is one of my favourites
I would put up more sings to where rooms are took me a but to find the room I did ask the person at reception where it was but she was new not complaining about that everyone is new at some point and all the other staff was busy doing things
