Breakfast was cheap and nasty
Food was horrible. Bed was uncomfortable and the towels were hard also 50 pound holding fee they dont tell you about until taking payment

Clean rooms and friendly staff in the breakfast shift. Overall we had a good experience. We required rooms close to eachother and this need was met immediately.
thin walls and squicky floors in the hall, if you are a light sleeper you might find it noisy. The windowns had marks from the inside of the room, they were dirty, we asked the receptionist to tell the cleaning staff about it but nothing was done about it.

We liked the room it was very clean and modern, the staff were very good and so friendly. Food was really nice breakfast hit the spot and evening meal was beautiful.

Very friendly. Staff could not do enough for you. Reasonable priced for the bar and food. Breakfast was amazing. Room was clean and tidy and everything you need.

The room was nice
I booked this hotel as it states it’s 24hr reception- when me and a friend return from a night out we were unable to get into the hotel. When we mentioned it the next day at the front desk, they blamed it on having a wedding that weekend?

The room I had was out dated and nothing like the picture shown. The website says noise/music goes off at 11pm this was actually 00.15, I even asked at reception to check and so could not sleep as above it. Breakfast was passable albeit not everything mentioned on the menu was available.
There was a few events on the weekend I stayed and so there were children running about playing knock door and run. Quite annoying when I tried to have a Power Nap before my event.

Parking available.
The rooms were not as listed on booking.com, the pictures on the site show modern, updated rooms. The interior of the hotel and my room however was not. I had no hot water in my shower because other people were showering at the same time, the shower hose leaked.
