Wonderful
The room was a nice size and bright. The Good view of the sea. The bathroom was a mixed bag. It looked brillant but there was absolutely no room to put anything. Not even a hook to hang your clothes or towel on
I did love the food served in the dinning room for breakfast and dinner. Really needs to be open at lunch time for a cooked lunch.
The travel pass was brillant

Great entertainment and food top it for me at The Park House hotel.
Not saying I didn’t like just check in could have been sleeker. It makes a difference if you book through an agent compared to direct with hotel.

Disappointing
Staff were lovely couldn't do enough.
The room was very small. Nowhere to put things like make-up body sprays, etc. There is no plug socket or a USB charger next to the bed, only a plug on the opposite wall from the bed & next to the kettle but not much room to charge my phone. I booked a sea view but I could only see the sea from the side window if I stood up. The pillows are awful & beds not comphy so we didnt sleep well at all. The bathroom was very small again nowhere to put anything, the loo was lodged right between the wall & the sink so no room to turn around.
Some of the entertainment but not all was just about bearable to listen too, the compare was very good & worked well with the audience.
The waiter service in the restaurant was great, they were very chatty. The breakfast wasn't the best but the Lamb Henry evening meal was very very nice. Overall, the cons outweighed the pros, so we shall not be returning.

I do feel that the parking should be included! Also I did state that I was lactose intolerant but nothing was available for this. I asked about the scrambled egg being without milk and cream and was told that it came already done. One thing though the staff from arrival through to the breakfast were extremely friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is very clean meals are excellent just need more staff poor barman Darren there was 2 weddings while we was there he had to serve them all on his own
Short staffing noticed a plate as you came out the lift was there for a couple days on last day a empty bottle had been added to it
