The property is good for going to the front
We stayed in a family room, but the room was too small for a family
Today, the pets were way too soft to be honest, the facts and mattresses do need changing most of all the broom was too small.
I had to go out and buy a kettle because your kettle was dirty inside we asked for a second kettle, but the other kettle was dirty as well
The stuff was amazing, but the hotel was not to our satisfaction.

Fantastic hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made my 3 year old feel so welcome.

That it was located in blackpool
The walls was dirty, and had cracks in them, also the ceiling had cracks in, there was mould around the place, the toilet leaked urine out everytime you flushed it, and wierd wet patches would be on the bed everytime we got back into the room

The Location. The staff were helpful. Free WiFi tea and coffee making facilities in room.
No TV for kids, good job there was free WiFi. Window would not close in the room, fitting had broken and could not pull it to. Bed was fairly comfy however, pillows were wafer thin and stained. Basically you get what you payed for. Unfortunately unless it gets a major refurb and windows fixed we won't be staying again.

It was OK for a short stay. Badly needing Investment. Staff were friendly would not recommend as it has seen better days. Location is excellent and paid 20 for 2 nights parking.
Price was reasonable
Needs better beds and a decor makeover. Otherwise it is what it is for the price

The room was dirty
There was no wardrobe or draws to hang clothes
Advert stated room was larger than most and it was tiny
Bed mattress was full of springs
Bugs and spiders everywhere
No towels available had to purchase own

No toilet roll had to purchase own

Staff were miserable when arrived

Dirtiest room ever dated Staiined bedding 25 yr old beds curtains hung up by drawing pins and I've been flea bitten all over due to dirty bedding avoid with a passion
