The rooms were absolutely beautiful, luxurious, but also gave a comforting homely feel. The entire hotel was gleaming, not a spec of dirt or dust in sight and the additional personal touches added to make each room unique, is what sets this hotel apart from any other in the area. The breakfast this hotel offers is exceptional! I can honestly say i have never had a fried breakfast that was this clean, no grease at all and full of flavor. You can tell the food comes from a good source, no costs cut. There were also other specialized options on a separate menu. I really liked that this hotel is eco-friendly which is why you will receive the menus in your room to place any meal orders in advance. There is a bar on the ground floor where you can buy drinks outside of meal times and i liked that they can be placed on a tab and paid at the end of your stay. Lastly, what i like most about this hotel are the staff here. There is no request to big, the staff and owners go above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay possible. I came here with my child who has special needs and the staff were very friendly and playful. It felt like a very safe place to bring young children but, i would also highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling for work purposes or couples looking for a quiet place to stay on holiday.
There is no feedback i could give to improve anything at this hotel. The owners really thought of everything! If i return to blackpool this is the only place i will book to stay. Can't recommend enough.

Great location away from the centre but very near a tram stop. Hosts were extremely welcoming and happy to assist in anyway. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice and even able to customise further upon request. Room very bright and was informed it would be getting a facelift 2 days after we checked out. Lots of lovely little touches, box of items in the room which guests may have forgot to bring. Even got an Easter egg on Easter Sunday.
Furniture a little dated but was getting changed.

It was like home from home. Exceptionally clean and all staff went over and above to make our stay comfortable and relaxed.
