Our hosts were very kind and we received a warm welcome. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Our room was enough for two women to get ready comfortably. The location was brilliant.

The welcome by the hosts.
The location for central Blackpool is spot on with public parking nearby.
Couple of little things.
The window would not close. Which for the first couple of nights was fine but the last night when the wind got up it was like a hurricane blowing into the bedroom.
In the bathroom the shelving above the sink is too large preventing you from leaning over the sink without banging your head.
These things are minor and would not stop me from staying again in a different room

Lovely place. Such a great rate too. Wasn’t able to have breakfast there as were not cooking but otherwise great. Staff lovely. Will definitely return.
