The staff were lovely & very friendly.
The room was disgustingly dirty and hadn't been cleaned. There was a bad smell in the room. I cleaned it myself. The carpets need to be changed. The decoration & presentation was appalling.

Arrived there really late but messaged them explaining and they told me to ring them when I arrived. They let us in straight away and helped to take all our luggage and there was a lot because we had a newborn baby with us. Very nice hosts.

Pleasent enough hotel, good value for money, clean, comfortable and spacious beds and a decent on suite with good showers (sometimes you get weak pressure ones etc) and the water pressure from the showers was good. Had a nice little bar area and a pool table although it never seemed open.
The location was far from everything but if you want the quieter side on the North then it is perfect but if not I'd advise staying closer central or south if you want pleasure beach etc. Although trams and buses are easy and convenient enough to catch. Also if you like a walk on a nice day it's probably 25 mins to half hour or so to to the tower up the Prom. I didn't like that the bar never seemed open it would have been nice to use it during the stay but it may have been on open on request and that they just shut the shutters on the bar when no one was there to keep it secure.

Very poor, bedding smelled funny, bed were uncomfortable, rooms don’t look how they did on the pictures, owners whole family is living in the hotel and the room with the pool tables weren’t able to be used as they were always in there.
