A little expensive for a sub par buffet style breakfast.
Not entirely sure why the hotel is charging me for parking when I booked a room with them. Surely that should be included. The room was also dingy and gross and the bed was beyond uncomfortable it looked like a table they found in a back alley.

The room was very cold draught from badley fitted window no heating in room. Extra blanket would have been good.

All the staff were absolutely wonderful. Very lovely, funny, and helpful people. If we needed anything, all we had to do was ask and we were sorted. I particularly want to thank Kieran and Harry (on the Comic Con bar on Sunday 26th April) for being down to earth and getting me my water refills. The room had everything we needed; the hotel is gorgeous and accomodating. Didn't see much of the entertainment, but what we did see were hard-working, talented people. The location is great; there's a tram stop right outside and there's a gorgeous view of the beach (we managed to get a brilliant picture of the sunset just over the road from the hotel - see picture). Thank you so much! 10/10 would hotel again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The elevator smelled a bit like nicotine but they can't really do much about that without massive cost. We got the double standard room and the only negative was the hardness of the mattress, but I'm disabled and have particular needs so it shouldn't be a problem for most people. They are literally the only negatives I can think of.

Friendly staff, the breakfast was good value.
Car parking accessible.
The bed was rock hard and really uncomfortable. The noise from rooms along the corridor, including very loud kettles didn't help - some of the guests who were disrespectful of others being very noisy into the small hours of the night - 4.30 am !
