Jeri and Bev on reception were sooo nice and helpful! I am disabled partially sighted and they were great! Food good. Lovely attentive dining room staff. Beautiful building and spa was excellent.
Bit far from everywhere if you have no transport. But frequent trams just outside hotel.

Everything u need is there. Food good. Swimming good entertainment good.

The swimming pool was heated and quite large the hot tub was hot and the steam room and sauna was free to use after paying, we paid £5 for two adults and a child.
We were put into an adjoining room with a door that was being used by a couple with a new born baby that was crying a lot, I made the reception staff aware and they changed our room immediately without hesitation, the staff were very friendly
The hotel is struggling in a lot of places with mould and damp it's an extremely large hotel and the upkeep will be fanamanol, if this hotel had more guests staying instead of slateing this beautiful old hotel it would be able to afford to keep it updated ie decorate and fix, it was sad to see alot of the hotel in ruins with collapsing ceilings and damp with function rooms closed down

Clean and just out enough out of the way while not too far away.
Room was extremely small to the point you could not full open the main door as the bed got in the way.
Couldn't use the TV as there was nowhere to plug it in. Room was very run down and in desperate need of an update.

The inside is pretty, the bedrooms were very warm, the view was decent
The housekeeping didn’t provide the facilities we had to ask at reception for drink making (coffee, tea, sugar and milk) and there was no soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom, the hotel is bordering fleetwood which we didn’t realise till we walked all the way from central pier for over an hour

Clean comfy bed. Limitless hot water. Decent breakfast. Excellent value for the money. My daughter and I have stayed here several times now and no complaints whatsoever.. Maybe one.... It was so warm!!

They delayed check in by 1 hour as they said rooms weren't ready. Reception staff didn't explain parking or breakfast times. Room was tatty and dirty. No thermostat on radiator and windows didn't close properly.

No heating in bedroom or bathroom, bed was tight against the wall, no room to move around the bed. Marks on the walls and could do with a good dust.
