Nice, and spacious in there
It was a gentleman at the front count, the reception young lad, thought he was very very Jack the Lad
Because he had a northern accent and I had a southern accent we just clashed
The room is very tiny it was on the second or third floor
The breakfast area was amazing, nice coffee that was really nice entertaining area, but the bar wasn’t on a lot I would say again, definitely wouldn’t want that young chap to speak to me again at the reception

The very few staff the property had were helpful, evening entertainment brilliant room was cheap
Cleanliness wise the Bedrooms were not up to scratch attention to detail like splashes on mirror. Very dirty especially in communal areas and the doors did not have breakfast and I didn’t Empty my case lived out of it and couldn’t wait to leave. Lesson learnt to check recent reviews before booking. Such a shame the place could run smoothly with the right management to direct this and sufficient staff to keep the business going ….

Entertainment in the hotel every night. Some staff was helpful and friendly.
Bed was really hard, mattress was dirty and stained, room wasnt that clean. Found hairs in the bed. Had to ask for a different mattress which didn't happen and I had to complain. Asked for fresh towels and extra pillows that didn't happen so I had to Complain. The lift broke and we was on the 4th floor with no other lift to use. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

We were here for a local funeral and I wanted somewhere close to my friend's house. The location is good and there is a tram stop right outside along with a lovely beach opposite. The staff were very good and patient considering some of the clientele who were not always so well behaved. - think unruly children running around unsupervised while parents were drinking. We visited in the summer holidays so I'm sure this would be different during term time, but my point is the staff deserve medals
The beds were uncomfortable- very cheap mattresses. The hotel is looking a bit tired as are others in the Blackpool area. I would however stay here again as it's location is good and the staff are very good. Given Norbrecks poor reviews, I was actually impressed that it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

It was very large and close to the sea front.
Room wasnt ready on arrival had wait 30 mins more got in at 4pm check in was 3 pm. Dirty, handrails and carpets grubby, dead flies on windowsills. Dirty laundry in bags in hallways and bags rubbish. Curtain hanging off in room, dead flies on window sill, bin with no bottom
In it on one side the drawers, carpets had hair on and behind bedside table was empty packet of crisps and bottle top, obv cleaners have many rooms
To do but come on… stain on paintwork looked
Like fanta orange. 1/4 loo roll, had ask for some more at reception. However they were helpful when asked for loo rolls and extra sugar and milk.

The hotel is 3 miles north of the tower with tram stop outside the hotel. The hotel is very large, reception is clean. Check in was supposed to be 3pm on website, due to how many were staying our room wasn't ready until 4pm as their was a large Tattoo show on.
We had room 105 which was a family room and it was clean and tidy with en suite.
We used the bar area which was a great size for children and they allowed takeaway food also which was handy for hungry children, pints were a little high at roughly £5 a pint.
Swimming pool was great and only £2.50 for adults and free for children.
The outside area had loads of rubbish about but think that was mainly due the Tattoo convention being on and lots of people not knowing how to use a bin. Prices of drinks could be slightly cheaper but apart from that we had a lovely stay.

Check-in was easy. The main areas were clean. Tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed using the swimming pool and sauna. Easy access to the beach. Good parking facilities.
We attended an event there, so it was very handy for that.
It's quite far out of town, but there is a bus stop and tram stop right outside.
Very large hotel so bedrooms could be a long way from reception, etc, and one lift was broken.

Short stay, the hotel is huge, bedroom good size
Slow check in, arcade machines were empty or not working, cinema not working, one half of the building not accessible because of a broken lift.
A member of staff at the bar, had been staring at the children from another family, and had said to myself, you know they were going to make it an adult only hotel, we were so close what a shame. And slated the parents for having the children there, it was 9.00pm, hardly bad parenting.
