Disappointing
The hotel is next to a tram stop
TV didn’t work for the first 24 hours, then when fixed, wouldn’t pick up the main channels .Very average food, noisy hotel, dated rooms

Nothing.
Everything. Customer service was awful. Arrived two hours early for checking in, so looked around the hotel to find the hotel was a dump, blood, spit and stains all over the walls and ceilings hasn't been dusted since it opened by the looks of things. The floors were soo sticky we were sticking to the floor. Very dated won't be back. No use of cash at the hotel either. We asked to cancel our reservation before we got our keys they refused to give us our money back.

The staff were very friendly, I spoke with Bev prior to arriving at the hotel to ensure all was in order with the booking. The level of customer service was fantastic, the two ladies I dealt with on arrival and throughout my stay on reception was also very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Room was as expected, clean with all facilities needed and spacious. Had breakfast and the range of food and quality was really good.
Restaurant staff were also friendly and helpful.

they put me in a room next to the stairs and lift every 5 seconds someone was shouting and running around outside the rooms got 0 sleep

The location is about the only positive I had, we’ve stayed a few times over the years to do a day at the pleasure beach. Never again.
Every item of the breakfast was over cooked as well as over priced. Didn’t eat in the hotel on the 2nd morning.
Slugs in the room of the night time, covered our shoes and suitcase.
Pillows are like sleeping on a brick.
The speakers for the live shows are so poor, the frequency it gives off is painful.

It's a taxi ride away from blackpool front but that's not a bad thing as the Silent nights are priceless!! The pool was a godsend in the heat and cheap at £2 per person!! It's clean and welcoming!! There's a little ship kn the corner and takeaways that deliver... vending machines and cafe in hotel and we hardly had time to go to the amusement and cinema that are in the hotel to!! Id come again and again

outdated with dirty carpets that felt sticky needs a good revamp also saw drug users staying at the hotel with jag marks all over the legs seen a paramedic leaving hotel with a women out her face not a family hotel

Location
My partner and I arrived on the 25th of July. On the way to Blackpool, we checked in and paid online as suggested that it will speed up the process. However, we still waited 40 minutes to get the key to the room ( one person at the desk), just to find out that we had to pay again!
The results caused us some stress, as we ended up paying double for the room, which left us with significantly less money to enjoy our stay. While it was ultimately the hotel’s fault, we received no apology or compassation regarding the situation.
No soap in the dispenser.
No working TV remote.
Damp!
Police cars on Friday and Saturday!
We had a room on the bottom floor and here is the best! Noisy forklift in use after 11pm !!! Wake me up! As there was no phone in the room to get in touch with the reception, I had to put on clothes and go to the reception to address the issue. The gentleman was very defensive and tried to blame one of the guests. Again no apology!
Kids running uncontrolled till midnight!
Drunk guests arguing till 2 a.m. no reaction from hotel staff!
The next morning, absolutely shattered, we decided to check out as soon as possible!
Tried to speak with the receptionist about double payments and the issue we had over the night, however, again, no help or apology! Just been given a card with a telephone number. The lady was rude and talked over me, as if she wanted to get rid of me as soon as she could.
The staff need training on how to deal with the complaints!
I can understand that at the low price we won't get a luxury but a clean room should be a standard!

I booked my room I was so excited to go but when I got there I was not at the seafront I was looking out at pips all so there was a stane on the curtains it was terrible I would appreciate if they give me 2 free nights stay seafront then I mite change my mind

The hotel was really nice the staff were polite and very welcoming and helpful, it was a fantastic weekend
The entertainment wasn't very long and could of been more nights
