Great looking on the outside, sea view and comfy beds.
Car park completely full but there was space on the road for free just opposite the hotel. The lift was very slow and very busy.

The staff was helpfull
Turn up on site visually the place looked like a dump. Walking through to our room and it looked like a building site. We booked to rooms one for my myself and my older daughters. We walked into my daughters room it was cold and damp. Paint peeling off the ceiling all over the floor, tryed to turn the radiator on and it didn't work, Dirty stains on the toilet roll. We went to the second room. Dribble stains on the pillow. 3 cups of tea half drank and left on the side. No toilet role and again cold and damp, litter all over the floor. This isn't what I wanted after a 3hr drive at 10pm at night. The hotel is huge and walking backwards and forwards was annoying. The staff was apologetic and changed our room. We were then woke up 8 30 - 9am with maintenance being done on another room opposite. Wouldn't stay there again, To be honest I wouldn't visit Blackpool again anyway.

It was horrible and dirty made my anxiety hit the roof when i saw the bedsheets
Asked to change rooms staff didnt seem to care and told me i would have to wait till morning to change rooms as there was no staff in who could change things.
Very rude an uninterested in helping in any way.

Room and hotel were dirty im guessing the hotel dosnt own a hoover.

The view from the window was decent.. the location was a bit out of the way but good for us
God where to start..we arrived and our first room was disgusting, mouldy..not hoovered or surfaces wiped, bathroom hadn't been cleaned or mirrors wiped, the manager on duty went to check for another room..exactly the same in the next room..my daughter went round with him to see if there was anywhere actually clean...we took the cleanest out them all which was still not great, the room had still not been hoovered. I went in and checked the bathroom it was full of mould and there were dried in bogies stuck to the wall...housekeeping (haha) arrived the next day and slightly wiped it..still vile..the pool was closed on our arrival day even though it stated it would be open on the 6th it never opened until the 7th, the arcade room which is advertised is also not open due to nothing working. The lady on reception when we checked in was rude and practically ignored us. I don't think I ever stayed in a hotel that is this grubby and we definitely won't be back!
