Disappointing
Not much really nice gym and swimming pool that’s it
Staff was rude and the front desk and got swindled said I could book in at any time if I paid ten pound for early check in turned up at half ten told me I have to wait a hour don’t except any cash just absurd room was not what was expected won’t come again

Helpful and friendly staff easy check in via the night duty manager.
The bar could be better, local brewery beers maybe and the queen system for the bar is not clear. But bar staff good.

I love the location the people and the hotel in general second time I’ve stayed.
Very dirty this time the lifts are filthy
Walls and paintwork in the corridors to the bedrooms again filthy.
Bedroom very clean and bathroom so it can be done

Other Then heating problem! Pllace was cold, had no heating for first 2 days. Was given an oil heater for the room.

Pleasant
Location was good, directly on the sea front. I had a sea view which was very nice. Big car park outside the front of the hotel at a reasonable cost. The bed was very comfortable.
My room was very cold and the heating didn’t come on in the evening. Reception gave me an electric heater which helped. The room was ok but quite basic. There was a desk but no electric sockets nearby. There were 4 sockets all together by the tv and kettle. The room and bathroom need decoration.

Clean room
No heating in room was freezing cold all night
Hole on window which allowed all the cold wind in and very noisey with us being on the top floor
