1st room was full of ants. Live entertainment was 45 mins long amd that was it! Had to pay extra to park extra to swim. Games room for kids was utterly not fit for purpose!

The whole place is run down. Our room was dirty, the noise coming from the bathroom and toilet pipes was so loud we hardly slept. The bar is so overpriced. We were told at check in it was a cash free site and card payments only, then when we went to pay for bingo were told it was cash only, so we couldn't play. The breakfast is one of the worst I've ever had anywhere, everything greasy, stale bread, shriveled up fruit, tinned fruit and one yoghurt option which was plain. Got back to our room after breakfast to find our lights weren't working so we couldn't get showered and ready to leave, had to wait for someone to come sort the electrics out which made us late for things we had booked. The phone in the room was just for show, no where to plug in so couldn't call reception from the room. This hotel is by far the worst I have ever stayed in and is definitely not worth £109 a night I paid for. Many health and safety issues which will be getting reported too and I have taken videos and pictures of. It's a shame as the building has so much potential and is in a great location with a nice view of the sea, but the grounds and building have it been maintained at all, and whoever is cleaning the rooms and building needs sacking, the cleanliness is shockingly below standards. I dread to think how dirty the kitchens where guests food is cooked. If I could give this a 0 star rating even that would be too good.

Clean and tidy room was spotless . Best place we have stayed in so far in Blackpool. For a hotel of its size it’s well looked after. All the staff were friendly and helpful can’t fault this one.

The hotel is close to the beach and on local bus and tram routes
The decor is very dated, and the carpets are very dirty throughout the hotel. The beds had clean bedding, which was the only reason i actually stayed the night. The curtains were very strained, and the bathroom smelt of urine/mould. There was black mould around the shower. I understand the room was cheaper than some, but there are certain levels of cleanliness that are expected.
