Spacious room, clean. Friendly staff. Tram stop outside. Large car park. Didn’t eat at the hotel so unable to rate that. Bar was pleasant. Sea view although didn’t book a sea view.
Tired looking although refurbs are in progress.

Great location, Staff very friendly pleasant and helpful. rooms clean and beds comfy. Breakfast area clean and bright, was great and plenty of choice.

It was fit for purpose small tv basic
Lot of damp on the floors window was dirty only plugs were away from the bed near the dresser. Very dirty in the hotel a lot of kicking off at night which was a bit off putting as I was here with my daughter shame really used to be a nice hotel

My room had a poor view like a prison cell. No sky. Just walls and a very depressing look from the window.

Wonderful
We really enjoyed our stay. We especially liked the swimming pool being open for long hours, as it gave the children plenty of time to enjoy it. The hotel was family-friendly, the staff were welcoming, and the location was convenient.It was good value for money.
There were not enough toiletries.
There was a long wait at reception.

The food was O.K. tasty, well presented, and hot.
Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, sea view was a bonus (not requested)
If you are travelling by car the Hotel has a very large car park £3 per 24hrs for guests £5 per 24hrs for non guests
Requested some more milk and sugar and an extra pillow within 1hr of arrival, requested again the following morning (items NEVER CAME )

lounge carpet filthy clearly never been cleaned in a long time.
Only one lift very slow (not good when guests arrive in coaches)
It is a long way from the centre of Blackpool, however, the bus and tram tops outside the Hotel.

I like Nothing, its health risk to sleep at Norbreck. It's filthy and not fit for purpose. It's genuinely dirty and unsafe.

We stayed for two nights as a family of five and found the room spacious and comfortable. The sea view was a lovely bonus. The room also had a kettle with tea and coffee, which was very convenient. Parking was available at the hotel, although it came at an additional cost. Overall, it was an ok stay for our family but with reservations on some aspects.
The hotel entrance looked a little unkempt, and there were people drinking on the entrance steps during our stay. This was unpleasant, especially as we were travelling with children.

The evening meal were good and plenty of choice.the entertainment were good also.had a decent shower in the room we were in.were nice and quiet and a good location also .maybe a small fridge in the rooms would be a great addition to the rooms.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel.such a shame because it's a lovely building and just needs to be cleaned properly and a good carpet cleaner would be ideal in the rooms and everywhere else in the hotel.we would stay again and in a double room with a sea view.

Hotel rooms are very basic, bathroom shower curtain needs cleaning or new one, no soap, no glass to use when you clean your teeth
