Well I have nothing but praise for this lovely B&B spotlessly clean nothing was to much trouble I have recommended it to all my family and friends conveniently situated to the centre you can tell when you walk in the owners have put there life's work into every area of this beautiful building and was very happy to let the owners know what a lovely time we had and will definitely be back when visiting blackpool

Friendly, warm welcome, great breakfast. Bedroom surfaces, floor and bathroom was very clean.
Duvet cover dirty, had to request a change as we arrived. Required a new duvet for current guests not just at start of the season! (Pillows clean and comfortable).
