The property, room and staff were wonderful. Everything about the stay in the hotel was great, excellent value for money for the location and it felt like a home away from home. The veggie options at breakfast were great too.

The owners are lovely Room was very clean Shower was nice and powerful Bed was comfy Breakfast was VERY nice (I can highly recommend the Scrambled eggs) Lovely selection Looking to go back in November
Unfortunately my sister has a bad knee and we was in a twin room on the second floor (we knew we was up there) just wish it was lower

Everything about this hotel was spot on. Superb value for money clean n fresh very comfy beds. Breakfast great nothing too much trouble will definitely be returning. 10 out of 10.

Everything was excellent the service we received from arriving to leaving. The breakfast was beutifull and lots if to choose from all fresh and hot cooked. Hotel was spotless, rooms lovely and checked clearned daily. The communication we had before arriving. Any questions we had the staff replied very quickly and was so lovely. They even changed our booking due to one of our party not being able to come at the last minute due to being ill. They were very understanding. Could not fault anything and location of the hotel is excellent so close to all amenities when staying in Blackpool the shops restaurants beach etc. We would 100% recommend this Hotel to anyone. Excellent and lovely staff always there if needed.
