Our hosts were very welcoming, taking time to point out local attractions and places of interest. The location of the hotel was about a minutes walk from the sea front and beach

Friendly Location was good for transporting around Blackpool
The shower facility was not good at all -temperature wise and no pressure made trying to have a shower very very difficult.

Wow what can I say never again but what could I expect for 108 hygiene was absolutely disgusting in room 8 bottle of bleach tin of polish wouldn't of gone amiss net curtain needs throwing out bedding was disgusting I've got photos to prove it also the door had a gap will never stay here again also I wouldn't recommend this to anyone nightmare to be honest it doesn't cost a thing to be clean paid for breakfast but didn't go for it the room said it all for me
Hygiene wasn't to my standard bedding was filthy shower base was disgusting net curtain needs throwing out gap under the door

great location near few pubs to eat in, tram stop 2 mins walk away, and nice quiet street for good sleep. given a parking space for duration of my stay was very handy.

Great location, close to South pier.
Stayed in a comfy cosy room with everything we needed.
We loved the Blackpool themed touches in the room. There was a small problem keeping the shower head in position as holder was loose but we managed for the duration of our stay.
Superb and friendly hospitality from Leigh and Sue, made us feel very welcome.
We will certainly book to stay again in 2024.
