Breakfast was excellent and the location was good and the people that owned this hotel were brilliant they asked us every day if we needed anything .The next time we come to Blackpool we will be staying there.

Fantastic owners , couldn’t do enough for us and we’re so welcoming .
Only negative was the stairs to the room for my electrolytes father . Maybe some better hand rails just to help with mobility .

Very Good
A pleasant little B&B on the seafront a little way out of the hubbub of Blackpool city centre. It's walkable from Blackpool North, though there is a tram stop nearby. The rooms are quite plain but clean and comfortable. I was greeted by the owner who was very friendly and helpful. I didn't get to try the breakfast unfortunately, as I was in town for the marathon which meant an early start!

Wonderful
The breakfast was really good, freshly cooked. The host was very attentive and efficient.
The room was comfy. The view was nice but the windows restricted some of the view.
It is an old building and has loads of the old world Blackpool charm that takes me back to my childhood.
The location was perfect with a tram stop right outside.
We will definitely go back.
Nothing really. It is full of the old world charm of Blackpool a proper tradition B+B. It's not modern but perfectly clean and very comfy beds. If you are looking for modern this isn't for you.
