We loved the location it was perfect for us and the carpark nearby for overnight stay our room was lovely and warm with plenty of tea and coffee
Breakfast was hot and delicious and help yourself to cereal teas and coffee

Such a lovely warm welcome, we felt taken care of by our hosts. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, made to order plus a varied continental breakfast of cereals, toast, fruit and cereal bars - couldn't fault it. We were even provided a pot of decaf coffee on request! The room was clean with a comfy bed.
The walls are quite thin which meant we were woken up in the night by a very loud conversation in the next room. Can't be helped in a small BnB but worth bearing in mind if you're planning a trip.
Blackpool is Blackpool - rough around the edges but plenty to do and good fun for a short stay.
