In February the room was warm and clean. The window opened. It had the necessary facilities including a kettle and hairdryer which I don't remember seeing on the website.
The room and breakfast were good for the price. Owners helpful.
The shower didn't run hot at first but the owner explained that people staying more than one night had used the water early. The boiler was on and it soon heated up.
The stairs are steep but not a problem for the able bodied.
This is a Blackpool street. Expect Blackpool not Mayfair.

Very welcoming, clean and comfortable. We booked this property 1 minute before knocking on the door due to another hotel on Booking.com letting us down. After the stress of the previous property, we couldn’t have picked a better place last minute! The owners were quick to accommodate us, making us instantly feel comfortable, warm and welcome. This B&B Feels like a home from home with an added bonus of a lovely breakfast, we would stay here again.
