Very friendly welcome and able to check in earlier than normal. Great room and facilities. Nice breakfasts.
Neighbours were a little noisy, but thats not unusual for Blackpool.

Very clean and the owner was very welcoming. Would definitely book to stay here next time i go again. I never usually leave reviews but couldnt not recommend this lovely place.
