Fantastic little hotel, perfect location for central and south pier, right in between,staff were brilliant,would recommend this place for a great value stay to anyone coming here

Was what i expected.previous reviews, moaned about, how tight the drive to car park was. Yes it is, i drive a skoda estate.had 6 inches,either side of wing mirrors. Was fine. Staff were good and helpfull.sound,for 1 night.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was very cozy. I was worried about getting to and from the hotel to the town centre at night but it was a quick, cheap Uber ride both ways. The staff were very kind and accommodating and even let me check in after the usual final 11PM check in time due to work commitments. Amazing value for money and will definitely be staying here again.

Was very good price.. Rooms are very clean..but got eaten alive by bed bugs all night...in my head face not very nice...Room number 1 need fumigation ..wasnt a comfortable stay for the night been eaten alive while sleeping

I can't comment on palm beach by the sea as I didn't actually stay there but they did find me an alternative hotel the royal Windsor,t
There wasn't any negatives as they were helpful enough to find me another hotel at short notice.

Pool table and bar is nice. The staff are lovely, especially the lady who served us on reception. A pleasant hotel for the price, you get what you pay for.
The water pressure of the shower only worked well at scalding temperature and not at normal temps. The rooms are a bit of a ‘landlord special’ in terms of capets and decor but you get what you pay for.

Unfortunately the only think we liked was the location.
On arrival the male owner was rude and abrupt. Even though we are grandparents and had our 5 yr old grandson with us he still felt it necessary to give us the behaviour warning about drinking and fighting! Decor is poor and dated. Cleanliness poor. Furnishings poor, out-dated and uncomfortable. Excessive charging for patking. Room small and not very nice.

Rooms were basic but very comfy bed tea and coffee in room.Has bar in down south end .no food available. Was a bit pricey compared to others we have stayed in but it was airshow weekend .staff were lovely.Could do with updating but would stop again.Had to leave 50 deposit for room never had that before in blackpool.

The hotel was lovely and clean, staff were amazing and friendly just what you need. There was tea coffee in the room.
It’s not that didn’t like it the bunk bed in the room was very annoying when kids moved that was squeaking
