On the day of check out we had arranged for late check out the evening prior. On the day we had a lady banging on our door at 10am telling us we had to leave when our daughter was asleep in bed because the cleaners had to come in and clean the room before they moved to the next hotel. We had to rush and pack as fast as possible and leave to then be told we had ‘taken’ one of the towels. We emptied our bags infront of her ON THE STREET!!! For the cleaner to come down and say she found it in the room, no apology just excuses after excuse why they should keep deposit etc. tbh it’s all she spoke about since getting there was ways she can keep our deposit. We managed to get it all back but it’s just not a nice experience. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Mainly the lady at the front desk was so kind. Location was perfect, I. Between the pleasure beach and tower. Mainly the room was clean so I'm just grateful for that.

Good value for money. Staff also polite. TV in the room.
Rooms were not clean. There was a chewed gum on the floor when I entered. loud sounds of neighbours, cracking roof and door slamming all through the night. Wi-Fi did not work in my room as the staff said the router didn’t reach that part of the hotel. The 50 pound cash deposit is a pain and should be made clearer during the booking and not after reservation.
