I liked how friendly the lady was that welcomed us in, she was amazing I have a large family due to having 4 kids and dog and she made us all feel so welcomed

Everything. The shower did not work. The Wifi did not work. The TV did not work. Rooms were unclean, and the building felt unsafe. Noises throughout the night, keeping us awake at all hours. Staff were dismissive and unhelpful. States there is parking on-site, but we were told our car is too big. We drive a medium-sized Honda. Checked out a day early. Absolutely disgusting hotel, avoid at all costs.

The location is perfect, right by the beach and 5 mins away from everything. The staff was fantastic to be honest. There's always someone on duty in case you need something. The room was clean and everything worked just fine.
Only 1 negative point.You pay £10 per day for parking in the back yard of the hotel, the access is a run between two tight walls. Challenging and not suitable for every car or every driver. Scratch is a Risk. And the yard is definitely not a car Park or a car ready area; Tall Grass and looking rough; still does the job for what it is but I don't think they should charge customers for parking there.

Sarah the manager was absolutely lovely. Very friendly, Excellent service. Everything was amazing the staff & the hotel were very clean and nice & oh the bed was so comfortable. I want that bed lol, really enjoy my stay. I'll be back. The room was big & spacious same with the bathroom. My two dogs loved it there too.. short walk to the bottom of the street for the beach. Dogs loved the early walks and all-day outings. The hotel was not expensive at all. Sarah gave me some good places to visit. & told me where I could park my car for free. So thank you

Apart from the fact that I had no hot water for a shower in the morning and no plug for the sink I have no problem with the hotel.

The location is fine
The property was not clean . My daughter found mould on her pillow case , but by the time she saw it it was the day of our leaving .we spent one night . Additionally , the towels were black so it was hard to see if they were clean , none the less they smelled damp and my kids skin were itchy after the first shower . We had to dry with clean clothes of ours .
The sheets were white , and while eating some sauce got spilled on it . We had paid a deposit and the lady upon leaving takes 1 0 pounds out of our deposit as she claimed she couldn’t get the stains out .
Would not recommend especially when travelling with kids .
