Lovely people there a big part of why we came back as we went there last year for first time very friendly welcoming and funny, great place to stay and aslong as you let them know they also sort out free parking near there establishment which is a lifesaver when travelling with kids luggage and on a low budget would definitely recommend and go back thanks for having us ;)

Our hosts John and Jane could not have been any nicer to us, They are so friendly and welcoming, nothing you ask for help with is too much trouble for them. Breakfast was exceptionally nice too. The hotel is in a fantastic location next to the South Pier and there was plenty of free on-street parking available nearby when we stayed. The wifi worked well also.

Very welcoming food was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble
There was nothing that stood out only the fact I was sharing a room I didn't realise the room dimensions I'll stay on my own next time I felt claustrophobic. Not the hosts fault but mine

A Traditional Blackpool B&B. Done to the best standard. Our room was modern, comfortable, clean and had everything you need. Even a few extra's fan, hairdryer Cable TV in our bedroom. The Breakfast is cooked to perfection with top quality produce. You can pick whatever you want. There's also Plenty of choice cereal pastries etc. Endless toast coffee & tea.
The owners are lovely. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are very entertaining. We had a good laugh with them. We will definitely stay again. Felt very relaxed there.

The hosts are so welcoming as soon as you walk in, can't do enough to make you feel right at home. Breakfast was always freshly made and to order. Very family friendly and made an effort to get to know us. Location is great, although parking can be a bit tricky, there are a few free streets a very short walk too.

Breakfast was absolutely lovely. Plenty of it and very fresh. Location for us was spot on as it was near everything we wanted but far enough away to be quiet at bedtime.
The owners were absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome.
We really enjoyed our stay.

The hosts made us feel like we was home from home couldn't do enough for you , fantastic breakfast it's a 7 item plate unlimited toast coffee and cereal fantastic product sets you up for the day ? thanks so much John and Jane ❤️
The only thing I would recommend is the mattress even though it was comfy I would have preferred a solid double mattress rather than 2 good singles zipped up but with that said we will still be returning next time ?
