The fact my toilet was blocked my window was screwed shut there were dirty Bowles under my bed it never had a radiator and the amount of mould in the bathroom was horrific

Friendly staff, privacy, location
Unclean, broken windows, broken aircon, blocked shower, foul smell in the entrance and lift on arrival, foul smelling drains, extreme draft from window, dust, unclean towels, no plug to charge phone, main light in the room didn’t work, couldn’t lock the door from the inside, no storage for luggage, lots of spiders, damp bathroom.

Windows were so dirty my partner cleaned them the room was super dusty so had to polish too. Paid an extra £32 to upgrade from our box room. Not good value for money at all.

There was no plug sockets by the bed for charging phone up. The shower slide door was broke so could.nt get in the shower. The pillow had what looked like ear wax cleaned on it there was a stain on the underside of the duvet cover so Left after one night of a 2 night stay check in 3pm WHY? checkout 10am . Wont be back and at £158 for 2nights no thank you
