Exceptional
I chose this hotel because its central and near the places I want to visit.I have trouble getting around,it's near train and trams so that is a plus factor for me.
I loved my stay here,however there was a horrible smell coming from the shower drainage hole.

Location was spot on and staff on reception were friendly and helpful.
Although the room was OK and bed was comfortable the cleaning side of things could be a lot better.bathroom old and dated.

The place is very run down and not clean infact we bought cleaning products and cleaned it ourselves the beds were comfy and had clean linen on

The location was great, opposite the North Pier.
Accessible bathroom was excellent, exactly what my husband needed
We paid for breakfast but weren't aware it was only continental so we went out each morning.
The windows didn't clise properly, therefore the noise outside and the wind whistling into the room were very noisy

Smelly carpets, paints peeling off, wobbly bathrooms!! Total waste of money.
It looks amazing in pictures, but such unkept property. A truly bad experience!! Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Was a bed with no fills what we needed bed was comfy slept well
Lipstick on cups .Dirty towel behind door in bathroom shower wasn't clean , food under bed and matk on wall when moved beds apart like milkshake had been split down it
