Room was clean .
There was no staff in the hotel over night or in the morning . We seemed to be the only guests in the hotel which didn't feel safe . Had to call someone to see where to leave the key when leaving and as told to just leave it on the hall table and they would get it when they came .

Close to swimming
1 pillow each and very hard. Building had a very foisty smell. Bar was closed. Rang bell 6 times for staff at 8am as we only had 1 coffee, no one arrived.

It was, warm, clean & comfy. Excellent location. Arrived & met the lovely friendly, helpful Marcus. Handy little carpark at the back. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel offered free parking, and was in a good location. The room was nice and clean, and was warm. A nice welcome on arrival
Although there was hot water, unfortunately it was just a trickle. No chance of a shower, the water just trickled through. Shower looked brand new, this possibly explains why. We were only there for two nights, would've been no good for a longer stay.

Was close the main walk close to amenities easy access to food drink and various shops and entertainment
Room had very little room to move around in. The shower had came off its runner and was so small it was difficult to wash properly in without knocking the thermostatic valve for the shower so got scolded a couple of times. Room I was in was meant to have large double bed and a sea view. The room itself faced the wrong way for a sea view and I could see the back ally not the sea.

Location is great and lovely clean room. Comfy bed, coffee and tea facilities, bath towels supplied.
The fact we had to knock really loud to get anyone to answer the door upon arrival
The woman who greeted us wasn't particularly chatty.
Shower head kept on dropping down when you were using it so you had to keep on adjusting it which could be difficult with shampoo in your eyes.
No hand towel in the bathroom.
Wi-fi kept on disconnecting all time.
