The location is wonderful for the pleasure beach and waterpark. The owner was very helpful and polite on arrival.
It was extremely noisy during the night, could hear every foot step. Neighbours noisy, toilet didn't flush well, really cramped bedrooms. Scaly kettle and poor wiring.

Property was great. It was right by the pleasure beach which was great. Staff were extremely friendly and polite.
Room was tiny for the both of us. Toilet didn’t flush properly.

The lady who runs this place is amazing! After learning I am gluten free, she arranged for me to have a full English, all gluten free. This was amazing for me as I usually have to just drop the items that contain gluten, but she got me alternatives. Very attentive. Comfy bed
