The room was good but shame only serviced after 4 days of stay - we were there for 3 nights. Would be good to have milk and tea topped up each day
Car parking great
The food was quite poor. Breakfast was acceptable but as always spoils under the heat lamps. Plus on Thursday the milk for tea and coffee was OFF.
Thursday dinner was OK but Fridays, a buffet, was awful. The soup was brown so I guess mushroom but tasted like the brocolli soup from previous night. I think I had a fishcake but it was more of a potato cake - no flavour at all and I could not find any fish!! No green or coloured vegetables - cauliflowers was overcooked, no flavour and the cabbage was flabby and again no flavour. I appreciate the costs was only £15 but it was not worth event that. So the for Saturday we ate out - cost more but at least edible. Sorry chef!!

Good hotel room and everything looked in a good state of repair, parking was straight forward. Staff responded when we said radiator not working.
No heat in room until we mentioned it, they did provide us with a heater. Food in restaurant was mediocre and no staff to take drink order. Very noisy at night, a big domestic dispute going on, no info in room about contacting reception and no number provided online.

*⭐ 1/5 – Absolutely Awful Experience*
I would *not recommend* this hotel to anyone. The service was *terrible* . The room was *mouldy*, smelled damp, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The furniture was *old and falling apart*, and the whole place looked like it hadn’t been updated in decades. Awfull breakfast .
The *dinner was disgusting* — cold, tasteless, and clearly not fresh. Overall, this hotel was *dirty, outdated, and extremely disappointing*. Avoid it if you want a comfortable or pleasant stay. Complete waste of money.

The location was brilliant very close to the tower.
Unfortunately tho the hotel itself was very run down and had a strong smell of damp though the 7th floor and in the bedroom itself. The curtains where falling off and were ripped on the inside and again had a strong smell of damp. The staff were quite rude and dismissive. Not very helpful at all unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel.

Good location central! Some of the staff were great, but not enough staff, took 35 mi it’s to check in! Only one staff on car as well!

Location near to everything, room with seaview,room price , friendly staff very helpful.
When we checked in our room , the bathroom hadn't been cleaned dirty toilet no smoke detector on ceiling . But it was resolved by upgrading us to a new room . And being woken up by the shouting and banging on floor 7 on Saturday night .

I imagine this hotel was quite fancy in it's heyday, as is it's a lovely relic of faded glory, which I love. The people watching is delightful, reminds me a bit of Venice Beach, a bit trashy. Plenty of time to people watch as you wait for the rather busy and slow elevators.
It was a rather hot day, my room was on an upper floor with a lovely view of the ocean, and sadly the window was screwed shut, seemingly by someone using a drill for the first time (it was a great effort!) - making the room rather stuffy.

Check in was easy, guy on the desk was very pleasant & welcoming. Parking available, cost very low for Blackpool. Value for money. Would advise any visitors to not be put off by negative reviews, judge it for yourself.
View wasn't the best, Rooms very near to the stairwell & generators outside.

The bed is very hard to sleep on. Stains on the settee, Bathroom sink, the plug not working (had to be replaced with a new one). The windows are filthy. Radioter is very rusty in places.

Not much, reception area was ok, swimming pool had restricted hours so couldn't use. Beds and towels were fresh.Had to pay for parking, was ok at only charged per night.
Rooms were really dated, dirty and when you looked out the window it lead into a dumping area for the hotel with old furniture lying around. You could hear through the walls others TV, shower, toilet flushing, chatting and coughing etc
