Convenient location at a fair price
Over bath showerhead had to be hand held as bracket would only hold it pointing horizontally above head height.
Piece of rubbish from previous occupant stuck to carpet.
For the price car park should be free - it is at nearby Savoy which is half the price

Beds were comfortable.
Hotel Car parking is pay and display at 12 for 24 hours which we paid at the car park on arrival. When we checked in at reception they told us parking with the hotel was 7 for the same time and should of spoke to hotel before paying pay and display, this was not advertised anywhere. Hotel would not refund the difference or take it off the booking amount. Also half an hour wait to check in as not enough staff at reception.

Loved location, was close to tram stop to get to all main attractions but far enough away so didn't get noise. Had lovely view from our room, could see the tower and sea.
Only problem we had was our window wouldn't open, which made it uncomfortable especially when it was one of the hottest days of the year. Can't fault the staff though they did get maintenance to try open window and supplied us with extra fan when we asked at reception.
Was bit shocked at having to pay 7 parking charge even though staying at hotel.
