Great area near tram stop. Parking good but we had to pay! Shower was a power shower in bath very good! WI FI free and ok. Bedding and towels were very clean.
Where to start! We had a family room. Beds were VERY hard and very uncomfortable. Creaked EVERY time we moved! The bunks were very old and our grandson found it uncomfortable. Pillows VERY hard. Towels lovely and clean but small and very thin. Room was only cleaned on fourth day after requesting. We asked for more toilet rolls but they were never put in the room. Curtains too short for windows letting light in. No air conditioning. Fan was in room which we needed to use. Carpet very stained. Noisy as walls must be very thin! The bins outside in the car park were overflowing and disgusting. Weren’t emptied till day 5 of our stay. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this hotel would NEVER stay again and cannot recommend the Grand hotel. Didn’t risk eating in the restaurant!

The staff were brilliant even the security guard was made you feel safe doing his checks around the building also leisure centre staff were extremely nice and very helpful
Liked they changed me room as bed sheets had not been changed in my room dirty and room was dirty. My shower dripped all night as well so only got two hours sleep

Room walls are too thin. Can hear next door snoring all night. Idiots slamming doors early hours of morning didn't get a minutes sleep. 10am check put is too early
