My check in experience was quick and very efficient as i had travelled there from Leeds and it was a speedy check in
My room was not clean, it had not been hoovered , there was a used towel on the floor in the bedroom , there were crisps on the floor under the table, there was no tea bags in the room only coffe, there were crumbs on the floor and hairs in the bath. The room cleanliness was terrible. The window cill was cracked , there were cigarette burns in the carpets .
