The decor, furniture and fittings are getting very tired. The bathroom is particularly poor in fact really didn’t want to use the shower as the bath was disgusting .

reception decorated beautifully
room freezing wind coming through window tried to block with towels bath clean but very stained,,wrong information given about breakfast times on fri went down for breakfast at 9.10 to told it was over even though information says 10.00 very noisy in corridors on fri night up to 2 am breakfast on sat dining room very disorganised waited 10 mins to be seated breakfast was dried no plates near toaster

The staff were as welcoming as usual , the hotel was decorated nicely for the festive period, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and slept very well . The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful and eating area very comfortable. Very enjoyable stay had by all.

The hotel is very pretty and was clean and I loved everything about it except the cold rooms
My room was very cold and the room heater didn't work and it wasn't nothing to control it. Even with the portable heater it wasn't enough. We are coming back to Blackpool in January to stay and the no hearing in the rooms would be my only reasons why I wouldn't stay there again or suggest anybody else to go.
