The window in the bedroom was broken, and the bath was disgusting. The bottom of the bath was dirty room 415

Breakfast very good. Bed and room very good. View very good. Fast elevators. Complimentary car parking for blue badge holders.
The check-in desk was far too slow. A long queue quickly gathered where most people were fed up with the wait. There were three stations and three receptionists but only one dealing with check-ins. Eventually a second receptionist helped although without a smile.

The location was good.
The room was dirty, no towels in room no hot water for a bath that was not clean, bed made a creaking noise whenever you moved on it. Cleaner came to room to clean and apologised for someone else’s laziness.

On entering our room while I was packing things into the wardrobe, my two year year-old granddaughter had picked a bottle of water trying to drink it that she found under the chair in our room when moving the chair there was more bottles of dirty water and rubbish then that night to my absolute discussed. The smell of cannabis in the corridor was coming into the room and there was children running up and down the corridor gone 11 at night screaming and shouting I complain to the lady on reception she shook her shoulders and said okay I will let someone know. Absolutely disgrace. I have photographic evidence of the rubbish that was found under the chairs in bed in our room wouldn’t stay again.
