Nice size room, modern bathroom, good pool and spa facilities, fridge and safe in room.
Family room with 4 single beds had a sofa bed and very poor camp bed. Had to wait for swimming at 9am wasn't told we had to book it in advance. Not enough plugs near bed,

Lovely room, lovely bathroom. Welcoming staff. Free on street parking limited but available.
No housekeeping for a week stay. No drinks/toilet roll top ups or fresh towels. Carpet was not vacuumed.

Enjoyed our stay at the grand hotel staff where lovely from arrival untill we left. Lovely on the inside
On arrival on the Thursday my daughter saw dead moths on the windowsill and on the friday when i areived there was dead moth in the bathroom sink with a dry water mark around it like it hadn't been cleaned, beds are solid. But other than that. Clean and lovely stay

It was cheap and inside looks a lot better than the outside. There is also a spa and gym.
The rooms are comfy but being a Britannia Hotel they are dated and tired especially the bathroom. The furniture in the rooms were from the 1980’s but it was cheap so can’t expect the Ritz

Wonderful
I enjoyed how quiet and peaceful it was. The facilities were great. It was spotless and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend it.
It was slightly pricey and the building was quite run down from the outside.
